The service at Holiday Inn Express Parma is terrific. Having free parking outside is convenient. It's great to find a free computer in the lobby. The location is marvellous, right next to restaurants on the outskirts of Parma and close to the autostrada.

A Hidden Gem with Excellent Service

During my recent stay at a hotel in Parma, I had a pleasant surprise at the Holiday Inn Express. The location was tucked away, making it feel like a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although the breakfast was described as "decent" in one of the reviews, I found it to be quite enjoyable. There was a good variety of choices, ensuring that each morning started off on a delicious note.

The restaurant offers a wide range of grilled meat and salads. The bed was so comfortable that I had a solid shut-eye. The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful Piazza del Duomo.

Oh, how delightful it was to have instant coffee for breakfast! Just the way I like to start my day.

Location was good - not far from historic center (but you need to drive). The room was silent. The service and the breakfast were good. The room was big enough.

They charged the payment long before we arrived at the hotel without any reason.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Parma for one night during our road trip. The location was great, just off the highway and a short drive to the town center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary Dove cosmetics. The breakfast, served by a friendly and helpful woman, was excellent. The staff, including Luigi at reception and Caterina our waitress, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even learned some Italian from Caterina. it was a delightful and affordable find for our last-minute stay.

Totally recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Parma for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location near the A1 was perfect for our travel needs. The receptionist, Elvis, was friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. we were very satisfied with our stay.
